  11. Can anyone suggest an easy way to determine what a modem's hardware settings 
  12. are for comm port and IRQ? I work on a support line and I often have trouble 
  13. figuring out what the modem settings are without the manuals.  I know Trumpet 
  14. must have standard IO addressing and IRQ settings to work but I have trouble 
  15. figuring out if the modem hardware is set properly.  I seems that just 
  16. changing the windows comm settings is not good enough? 
  17. I'd really appreciate any advice.  Thanks.
